Flu Bug!
As I do every weekend during the Holiday season, I spent most of the day so far visiting children in malls, shopping centers, town squares, etc. I love it. But I think I saw more kids with runny noses and coughs than normal. And at least a dozen kids sneezed and didn't cover it while sitting on my lap. Parents - I highly encourage you to keep your kids at home if they are showing symptoms of being sick. I want to see them but its not worth getting other kids sick.
And maybe its just psychosomatic but I have a headache now. Just a dull, constant headache. And my throat is a little sore. The elf medical team flew in during my last break to run some test. I don't have a fever and all the blood screens looked normal so they sent me back out. Hence the reason I think its psychosomatic. Nevertheless, I wish I had gotten the swine flu vaccination this year. Mrs. Claus and my staff tried to talk me into it but I didn't listen. I think I'll stop by the 24 hour medical clinic and get the shot when I go back to the North Pole later tonight.
Ok... break is over. Time to get back to the kids here at the mall. Enjoy your weekend. And Merry Christmas everyone!

Santa, I hope you're feeling better. I've been recovering from the H1N1 since just after Thanksgiving, and it is definitely no fun. Stay healthy and take care of yourself!

Santa do not get the shot it dosen't do any good!!my aunt with triplets had the shot a week later they go H1N1 the shot didn't do anything!!Hope you get feeling better soon!!!!p.s.it's not that bad i had it for..well i guess it's not fun!!!get well soon!!

I am feeling much better today. I really think it was all 'in my head' after seeing so many children that weren't feeling well.
